Welcome to Ednex Academy. By accessing our website (https://ednexacademy.com), submitting an inquiry form, or enrolling in any of our technical upskilling programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully.

Key Agreement: Ednex Academy provides career-focused educational courses, portfolio projects, and placement assistance. Admission and completion require adherence to academic ethics and mutual respect.

1. Program Enrollment & Eligibility

Ednex Academy offers intensive, career-aligned training in Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, and Cybersecurity.

  • Prospective students must provide accurate and verifiable contact information.
  • Admission to advanced cohorts may require passing a foundational assessment or pre-course counseling discussion.
  • We reserve the right to decline or defer admission where batch limits or prerequisites are not met.

2. Curriculum & Learning Delivery

Our programs are delivered through interactive live online sessions, recorded learning modules, practical labs, and guided portfolio projects.

  • We continually update curriculum modules to reflect industry trends and software versions (e.g. GA4, Python, Power BI).
  • Session schedules, mentor assignments, and project deadlines are communicated via student portal channels.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All training materials, course presentations, recorded video lectures, project datasets, and website assets remain the exclusive intellectual property of Ednex Academy.

  • Learners are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access course resources for personal study only.
  • Unauthorized recording, reproduction, public distribution, or resale of any course content is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.

4. Student Conduct & Community Guidelines

To foster an inclusive and productive learning environment, all students must:

  • Maintain professional, respectful communication with peers, mentors, and staff across all live lectures and community discussion groups.
  • Submit original work for capstone projects and assignments. Plagiarism or submission of unauthorized commercial code is ground for suspension.
  • Protect personal learning resources and refrain from unauthorized distribution or copying of course materials to third parties.

5. Admissions Inquiries, Batch Transfers & Deferrals

Enrollment into Ednex Academy cohorts is coordinated directly through our admissions counseling desk:

  • Program fees, batch allocations, and commencement dates are finalized during initial academic counseling.
  • Learners seeking to defer their enrollment to a subsequent cohort or transfer between tracks must submit a formal written request to academy.ednex@gmail.com at least seven (7) business days prior to scheduled batch commencement.
  • Approval of batch transfers is subject to seat availability in the requested cohort.

6. Career Support & Placement Services

Ednex Academy provides dedicated career preparation services, including 1:1 resume optimization, portfolio review, mock technical interviews, and access to partner hiring networks.

  • While we maintain rigorous training and direct recruitment pipelines, final employment offers are determined solely by hiring organizations based on candidate performance.
  • Placement support requires active student participation, consistent attendance, and completion of mandatory capstone assignments.

7. Limitation of Liability

Ednex Academy provides its website and training programs on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a specific purpose or uninterrupted service availability.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
